A sales report from two files

How much revenue was generated, and which products contributed most?

The task

Combine two data files and calculate revenue for each product.

My approach

I included returns as negative amounts, preserved product codes and calculated each currency separately. Totals were checked against the source files.

Result

A product ranking and a clear report. Costs would also be needed to calculate profit.
